cups frozen sugar snap peas

cup orange juice

tablespoon honey

teaspoon cornstarch

teaspoon salt

1/2

teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired

1/4

cup cashews

Preparation

Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; mix until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews.

Place cooked peas in serving bowl. Pour orange-cashew mixture over peas; stir gently to mix.
