Ingredients
6 Cooked chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced water chesnuts
1/4 c diced dates
1 can chunk pineapple
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 c mayonnaise
1 c whole cashews
Preparation
Combine first five ingredients Stir together soy sauce, curry, and mayonnaise. Add to chicken mixture and chill. Add cashews before serving.
