Ingredients
1 C Chicken stock
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2 T cornstarch
1/2 t sugar
1 T Sesame seeds
3/4lb Chopped chicken
1 package Snow peas
4 Green onions, sliced
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 can Water Chestnuts
2 C Rice
Preparation
Heat oil in wok and cook chicken with sesame seeds. Mix cornstarch with stock and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Add veggies to the chicken mixture and stir fry briefly to brown mushrooms. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
