Ingredients
1/2 pound carrots
a sprinkle of dried parsley
1 tbl spoon of butter
1 cup shreeded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Wash and peel carrots, slice carrots in about 1/4 inch slices.
heat sauce pan with the butter at mild heat, add carrots and cover. let the carrots cook for about 15 min. when carrots are cooked remove from from heat and add the cheese, cover again and let sit for about a minute. Serve carrots as a side of veggies and add sprinkle a pinch of parsley for color and taste
