Ingredients
2 lbs Chopped Carrotts
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup crushed soda crackers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/4 fine chopped onions
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Middle
1 1/2 cups frozen peas Prepared
Preparation
Cook carrots in saucepan until tender,drain water and mash until smooth. Add eggs, milk, crackers, cheese, butter, onions, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Put into an bunt pan and bake at 325 degrees celcius for 50-65 minutes or until golden brown and tender to touch. Remove and let stand 2-3 minutes remove from bunt pan onto a serving plate. Put cooked peas in the middle and serve! Finally Enjoy!
