Ingredients

8 carrots

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp garlic minced

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. cut carrots into 1/4 inch slice on diagonal.
  2. heat skillet over med; add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon; cook 30 seconds
  3. add carrots & 1/2 tsp garlic; add 1/4 tsp salt, ocver, cook 5 min.
