Ingredients

2 lbs carrots peeled and sliced

1 stick melted butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

2 eggs

2 cups of milk

cinnamon and vanilla

Preparation

Boil carrots until tender (about 40 minutes) and drain.

Add butter.

Add remainder of ingredients and mix in food processor.

Put in greased baking dish and bake for one hour and a half at 350.
