Ingredients
1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
3 eggs
2/3 C sugar
3 TBSP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C melted margarine
Preparation
Cook carrots in salted water and drain. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Bake in a greased casserole @ 350 for 1 hour.
