Ingredients
1 cup finely sliced or julienned carrots
1/3 c. lime juice
1 - 2 chopped green onions
¼ chopped green pepper
¼ c. diced fresh tomatoes
½ tsp. pepper (or to taste)
¼ tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp. cumin
¼- ½ red pepper flakes
½ diced cucumber (peel partially removed)
Preparation
Mix all, adjust spices to taste, chill and serve!
