Ingredients
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins, plumped in warm rum OR Spiced rum
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drain)
1/2 c. chopped celery or pecans
Preparation
Mix all ingredients (include 1 T soaking rum); sprinkle with 2 packages Splenda or 4 T Sugar and mix well again.l Add 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise; mix well together. Cover; refrigerate until time to serve.
