Ingredients
2 cups of cooked carrots (mashed)
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together-beating well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for an hour at 425 degrees.
