Ingredients
CAKE
2C. Flour
2t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1t. salt
2t. cinnamon
2c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2c. grated carrots
8 1/2 oz can of pineapple tidbits - (drained)
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
FROSTING
Cream:
1/2 c. butter
8oz cream cheese
1t. vanilla
Beat in:
1 pound powdered sugar
(If too thick, add a little milk)
Preparation
Sift the first five ingredients. Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Add carrots and pineapple. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 cake pan.
