Ingredients
Cake:
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
3 jars carrots
1/5 cups oil
1 cup raisins
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Cake: Cream the eggs and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees fr 15 min.
Icing: Combine all ingredients.
