Ingredients

Cake:

4 eggs

2 C flour

1 C vegtable oil

2 t baking soda

1 t cinnamon

1/4 t salt

2 C sugar

3 C carrots shredded fine

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Frosting

1 stick margarine

1 package cream cheese

1 package confectionary sugar

1 t vanilla

1 C finely chopped nuts

Preparation

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost and sprinkle with nuts.
