Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

4 eggs (blend one at a time)

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

3 cups raw grated carrot, packed lightly

Frosting:

4 tsp soft butter

8 oz. creamed cheese

Blend until soft, then add 1 lb. icing sugar and a few drops of milk and 2 tsp vanilla. Sread on cooled cake.

Preparation

Bake at 35 for 35-40 minutes in a 9X13 pan.
