Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups carrots, grated
Frosting,
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add vanilla, nuts, sugar, eggs, oil and carrots. Mix thoroughly and put in a greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
Frosting Combine ingredients. Add a few tablespoons of milk to thin in a speading consistency, if needed. Frost cooled bars
