Ingredients
Carrot Bars:
4 eggs
2 cups of granulated sugar
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 small jars of carrot baby food
2 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup softened butter
1-3/4 cups of powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients beating well until smooth and creamy.
Spread on cooled Carrot bars.
Preparation
Beat first four ingredients together until well blended. Fold in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes or until tests done in the center. Frost with cream cheese frosting when cooled and cut into bars or squares.
