Ingredients
2 peaches
3-4 carrots
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
Preparation
Pare and slice (coin like) carrots. Peel and slice, then dice the peaches. In a steamer, cook the carrots for 6 minutes, then add diced peaches. Steam for one or two minutes longer. Remove from stove and place in bowl. Add the cinnamon and sugar and toss. Ready to serve.
