Ingredients
1 C margarine or butter
2 C sugar
2 eggs
1C sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond (or all vanilla)
2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Filling:
4 tsp sugar
1/2 - 1 C chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs, and then sour cream and vanilla. Mix dry ingred in a sep bowl, then add all together and stir well.
Combine filling ingredients. Put 1/3 of batter in very well greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle on 1/2 filling. Spread on remaining batter. Sprinkle rest of filling.
Bake 350 for 60 min. Let cool 10 min. or a bit more. Loosen edges with a knife. Invert on plate. Freezes well (when completely cooled).
