Ingredients
1 stick of butter
2 cups brown sugar
10 medium bananas
1/4 cup rum
Match to light rum
Preparation
melt butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Then add brown sugar and lower heat to a simmer. stir ingrediants until syrupy and let simmer for 2 min. Cut Bannanas length ways then in half so that you end with four peices. place bananas insauce pan in sauce and let simmer for 25-35 min turning every 8 to 10 minuets.
Finaly after bananas are warm all the way through pour rum over bananas and set fire. alcohal will burn off and fire will die. Enjoy with ice cream.
