Ingredients

3 Italian Sausage Links (Spicy or Mild)

1 Head Cabbage (sliced as desired)

1 Whole Tomatoe

1 Large Onion Quartered

6 Carrots (cut to into 1 in. pieces)

1/2 tbsp of Carroway

2 tbsp Sea Salt (or other desired salt)

2 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large stock pot adding water to just cover ingredients and bring to slow rolling boil then cover.

Remove cooked sausuages after about 20 mins and slice into bite-sized bits.

Adjust seasoning as needed and let cook for another 30 mins or so.
