Ingredients

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

the juice of one lemon per person

a nice big handful of chopped basil leaves

salt

200g feta cheese

spaghetti

Preparation

Cook spaghetti. Roughly chop feta cheese. Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, basil, and salt in a glass/jar/chipped mug, and stir with a fork. Take a large pasta dish, put feta at the bottom, warm spaghetti on top of that, dribble the oil/garlic/lemon/basil mix on top, and toss.
