Ingredients

1 large head of cabbage or bag of cabbage

1 medium bell pepper

2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped

2 carrots, grated

Dressing:

1 c sugar

1 tsp salt

2/3 c vegetable

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp celery seed

1 c cider vinegar

Preparation

Combine coleslaw; chopped cabbage, chopped bell pepper, chopped onions, and grated carrots in a large mixing bowl.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved; pour over vegetables and toss well. Cover and refrigerate.
