Ingredients

1- Pork Butt

1 cup Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Crushed Red pepper

1/4 tsp Pepper(black)

1/2 tsp dry mustard

2 or 3 drops Worcestershire

Preparation

cook pork butt for 4 hours at 250 degrees. Pull pork off bone with 2 forks or chop meat with clever if you desire finely chopped pork. Prepare sauce in bowl and set aside to season meat. Add a little sauce at a time as it will be very hot to taste. make it to your likeing.
