Ingredients

1 large bunch kale. My favorite is lacchinato.

2 Tbs. high quality olive oil

1 Tbs. ume plum vinegar

1 Tbs. rice vinegar - can use seasoned rice vinegar for a variation

1 Tbs. dried basil

Preparation

Steam kale until wilted. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cooked kale. Serve separately in bowls. 2-4 servings
