Ingredients
1 cabbage (I use bags with pre-chopped cabbage)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
6 or so mushrooms (sliced)
In large skillet brown together:
½ cup margarine
1 cup slivered almonds
2 pkgs. Curly ramen noodles that have been crushed
½ cup sesame seeds ( I put these in once the above ingredients are starting to brown as the seeds brown very quickly)
Dressing:
Shake together:
6 tbsps. soya sauce
2/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
Preparation
Everything can be made ahead of time. Pour dressing over salad ingredients just before serving. Mix well and enjoy.
