Ingredients

12-24 oz. ground turkey

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped yellow pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons oil

2 tablespoons chili powder

1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 (15 oz.) cans Mexican style

stewed tomatoes, drain only

1 can

2 (4 oz.) cans diced green

chilies, drained

2 (15 oz.) cans small white

beans—do not drain

1 jar Monterey Jack Con Quesa

chip dip

Preparation

  1. Using a medium sauce pan; cook ground turkey, onion, and garlic in oil. Drain.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, chilies, beans, and con quesa.
  3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
