Ingredients
1 T. peanut oil ½ tsp cinnamon
1 med onion, chopped ¼ tsp ground cloves
4 Tbl chili powder 1 small can tomato paste
2 Tbl peanut butter 1.5 - 2 cups broth
1 Tbl sugar 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 oz. chocolate
Preparation
Saute onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients except broth and turkey. Gradually add broth, while simmering (30-45 minutes). Add turkey. Cook 10-15 minutes more. Serve over rice. Note: Could also use raw chicken breast tenders. If so, sauté with onion, breaking into bite-size pieces.
