Ingredients
Pork tenderloin
1 TBLSPN ginger
3 cloves galic
1 TBLSPN hoisin sauce
1 TBLSPN black bean chili paste
3 TBLSPN soy sauce
1 TBLSPN molasses
1/2 cup olive oil
for salsa:
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 mango
2 jalepenos diced
zest and juice of 2 limes
2 TBLSPNS olive oil salt and pepper
Preparation
Marinate pork tenderloin in first 7 ingredients for at least four hours Grill (medium high) for 6 minutes per side let rest for 15 minutes before slicing Combine ingredients for salsa (make at least an hour before serving)
