Ingredients
2 cans Beer
1 large pork roast
garlic
olive oil
Preparation
put roast in crockpot with beer and garlic. Simmer 6-8 hours. Drain, cool and shred pork. Reheat by tossing in pan with hot oil to crisp, brown and warm.
