Ingredients
1 Thinly sliced beef flank
3 large limes, squezzed for juice
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. Zatarans Cajun Seasoning
1 16oz can Pinto Beans
Guacamole
Sour cream
Cheese
Lettuce
Salsa
Corn tortillas
Preparation
- Marinade beef in garlic, lime juice and 1 tsp. Zatarains (at least 30 min.)
- Warm Pinto beans.
- Warm corn tortillas
- Place beef on grill until desired temp.
- Chop beef into many small pieces.
- Assemble tacos with desired toppings.
- serve with beans on side.
