Ingredients

1 Thinly sliced beef flank

3 large limes, squezzed for juice

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp. Zatarans Cajun Seasoning

1 16oz can Pinto Beans

Guacamole

Sour cream

Cheese

Lettuce

Salsa

Corn tortillas

Preparation

  1. Marinade beef in garlic, lime juice and 1 tsp. Zatarains (at least 30 min.)
  2. Warm Pinto beans.
  3. Warm corn tortillas
  4. Place beef on grill until desired temp.
  5. Chop beef into many small pieces.
  6. Assemble tacos with desired toppings.
  7. serve with beans on side.
