Ingredients

1 cup cashews

1 cup unsalted raw peanuts

1 cut walnuts

1 cup almonds

1/2 cup pine nuts

1 cup raisins

1 cup pitted dates

1/2 cup currants

1/2 cup prunes

1/2 cup unsulfured dried apricots

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup oat bran

1/4 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup organic chocolate morsels

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 tablespoons unrefined brown sugar/evaporated cane juice

1/2 cups warm water mixed with 3 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Step 1: Grind all the ingredients together except the water and honey in a food processor.

Step 2: Place the mixture in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3: Stir in the water and honey mixture with a wooden spoon. Add 1/4 cup more water if needed.

Step 4: Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, with edges of wrap overhanging the pan.

Step 5: Form the mixture in loaf pan and let set for 45 minutes.

Step 6: Use plastic wrap to lift the loaf from the pan.

Step 7: Cut into slices to serve. To store keep tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
