Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups oatmeal

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 package Kraft caramels (or if you can’t find those, as I couldn’t this time use Smucker’s Caramel Sauce)

1 cup butter (melted)

1 cup choc chips

Preparation

Preheat over to 350 combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and butter in bowl and mix by hand press 1/2 of mixture into 13x9 greased pan bake for 5-10 minutes melt caramels with 1/2 cup cream and pour over crust (or if you use Caramel Sauce just pour the entire jar over the crust) sprinkle choc chips on top and cover with remaining mixture bake for 15-20 minutes best if cooled for 2 hours before eating
