Ingredients

1# 2/ butter (unsalted)

2# 4/ Sugar, granulated

1/ Vanilla

10 Eggs

9/ Flour all purpose

7.5/ Bakers Cocoa

Preparation

Brownie Batter

In a sauce pan,

  1. Melt Butter
  2. Add sugar stir till disolved.

Sift flour & Coca together. Then add eggs one at a time to butter/sugar till blended. Then add vanilla. Add flour/cocoa mixture and blend together well. Pour 1# 12/ in a pan.

bake at 350 degrees Bake for 22 minutes

Carmel Frosting -8 oz frosting per Pan -4 oz nuts

Chocolate Espresso - -8oz frosting -3/4 shot espress0 -1/2 teasoon house coffee ground
