Ingredients
4 tart apples washed and sliced thin (leaving the skins on is a preferential choice..we do)
1-2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 cup quick oats
cinnamon to taste
carmel ice cream sauce
Preparation
In a fry pan, melt butter..add remaining ingredients except for carmel sauce…cook over medium low heat until apples are very soft. Scoop into bowls and drizzle with carmel sauce.
