Ingredients
1 17 oz. can cream style corn
2 eggs or 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
1 t. oil
2 T. corn flour
2 T. green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 T. yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. non-fat milk
1/2 t. salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly and pour into baking dish which can be placed inside another. Pour hot water into outer baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
