Ingredients

8pcs white bread

1lb cooked sausage

10oz shredded cheddar cheese

8 eggs

2 c. milk

1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp salt

9x12 Casserole dish/pan

Preparation

Grease 9x12 casserole pan with butter. Cut the crust’s off of the white bread. Cook and drain sausage. In a seperate bowl mix together eggs, milk, worcestershire,dry mustard and salt. Line casserole pan with bread, put sausage on bread. Then pour mixture(eggs,milk,worcestershire,dry mustard and salt) over sausage and bread. Cover and refridgerate over night. Pre heat oven @ 350. Cook for 50 min.
