Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c loose-packed fine-slivered kale leaves
2 Tbsp shredded carrot
2 Tbsp slivered red onion
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, and salt and chili powder to taste. Add beans, kale, carrot, and onion. Stir to coat ingredients with dressing.
