Ingredients

2 Mangos

2 Avocado

6oz Hearts of palm

1/2 red onion

juice of 1/2 lime

juice of 1/2 orange

1 Tbl. shredded Basil

1/2 Tbl. shredded Mint

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Cut Avocado, hearts of palm and mangos into bite size chuncks. Thinly slice red onions into half moons. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Serve in lettuce cups.
