Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
3 green cardamon pods
3 dried red chilis
1 Tbs coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
salt
1 head cauliflower in florets
1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425. Brush 9 by 13 pan with olive oil.
- Grind spices in coffee grinder. Mix with olive oil in large bowl. Add cauliflower and onions and toss.
- Bake until tender. Start checking in 30 minutes.
