Ingredients

500g Spaghetti

50g Grated Parmesan Cheese

75g Bacon

1 Egg Yolk

100ml Cream

Preparation

  1. Cook Spaghetti as to packet instructions.

  2. Meanwhile chop Bacon into thin strips and fry til crisp in a pan on med-high heat.

  3. Once Spaghetti is finished drain.

  4. Add Cream to the pan of and mix around until it starts to reduce. Turn off the heat.

  5. Add Spaghetti, Parmesan and Egg Yolk to the pan and mix thoroughly so that the Spaghetti is evenly coated.
