Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs. cut up frying chicken

3 T flour

2tsp salt

3 1/2 T oil

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 T caraway seeds

Preparation

PreparationDredge chicken in flour, salt, pepper. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken about 5-10 min. Remove chicken from skillet and put in 2 qt casserole dish. Add sour cream, chicken soup and caraway seeds to skillet. Stir to blend with drippings. Pour mixture over chicken in casseroled. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
