1/2 c lt br sugar
1/2 pecans
2 t kosher salt
1 t b pepper
1/2 t cayenne
2 T maple syrup
1/2 lb thick bacon

oven 375 process sugar and pecans till finely ground add rest of seasonings pulse to combine cut bacon in halg and place on baking rack spread mixture on top, bake for 25=-30" do not underbake. dab with paper towels and serve warm or rm temp
