Ingredients:

Light flaky pastry dough (Pillsbury makes this in the refrigerated section)- If you use this option roll out dough to fit around cheese

OR you may also us Philo dough but this is more work the pastry is easier and just as good.

One Jar of Hersey’s Caramel Sauce

One Bag of Candied Pecans

One Brie

One Egg

Preparation

Directions:

Roll out pastry (so you have enough to wrap up around brie and twist at top

Place brie in the center of dough

Use about half of caramel sauce jar (pour or spoon over top of cheese)

Top with Pecans and add a bit more sauce

Wrap Brie with dough and twist at the top

Egg wash the top and sides of pastry

Bake according to pastry directions (I baked mine at 350 degrees in a 8x8 casarole dish for 30-35 minutes)

Cut a small section for to show inside and ENJOY!! J
