Ingredients

2 sticks butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

2/3 cup cocoa

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

40-48 caramel candies/Rolos

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Ad vanilla, eggs; mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture until just combined.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.

Flatten cookies into a circle and place caramel in middle. Add more dough on top and cover the cracks.

Bake 12-15 minutes.
