Ingredients
2- 9" purchased graham cracker pie shells
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cups caramel butterscotch fudge ice cream topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixer with paddle attachment beat cream cheese with sugar; add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and sour cream mix to combine.
Pour batter into pie shells. Drizzle caramel butterscotch fudge ice cream topping over the top of pie. Drag a knife over the surface to swirl the topping.
Bake approximately 45-60 minutes. Best if chilled overnight before serving.
