Ingredients
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
14-oz can condensed milk
1 can apple pie filling
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla paste
Preparation
Grease & flour 12-cup Bundt pan. At medium speed, beat all ingredients for 3 minutes, adding eggs 1 at a time. Spread 1/2 the batter in the pan, spoon apples over the batter and top with remaining batter. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 F. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before inverting. Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl, stir until smooth. Pour glaze over cake and serve.
