Ingredients

1/2 cup mayo

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup any flavor Captain Rodney’s glaze

2 green onions, chopped

6 Ritz crackers, crushed

6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

Preparation

In a bowl, combine mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions. Pour into a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. While still hot, top with crumbled bacon and Captain Rodney’s glaze. Serve with crackers, corn chips, or crostini.
