Ingredients
20 to 26 extra large shrimp
24 buttery crackers, crushed
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
6oz tiny salad shrimp,chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
6 ounces real butter, melted
Preparation
- Split shrimp down back with sharp knife and devein. Break shell slightly so that shrimp will lie flat.
- Combine crackers, bread crumbs, tiny shrimp, walnuts, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Toss mixture with a fork. Add the hot melted butter and combine well.
- Spread schrimp out on a baking sheet and stuff each cavity with the crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes depending on how large the shrimp are. Serve with lemon butter if you wish but they do not need additional butter
