Ingredients

Pasta (your choice) I like to use farfalle

Ripe tomatoes (preferably home grown)

Fresh mozzarella

Fresh basil

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Preparation

Boil pasta. While pasta is boiling chop tomato and mozzarella into equal sized pieces and add to a large bowl. Add chopped basil. Drain pasta and add to bowl. Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you want and toss to mix.
